WindscapeA Service Manager oversees all the maintenance of an apartment community. A successful candidate is one who is dependable, experienced and can take direction. The Service Manager will work with the Community Director and be responsible for the completion of all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company safety standards.Responsibilities:Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of apartments for occupancyComplete service requests and preventive maintenancePerforms maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, as well as small and large appliancesManage service staff including staff scheduling and address staffing issues promptlyPerform carpentry work and paint interiors and exteriors as neededMaintain Inventory and order maintenance supplies as neededQualifications:Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferredStrong verbal communication skills and customer service skillsAll service personnel are also required to have a personal set of general toolsAbility to lift and carry up to 80 poundsPush/pull up to 200 poundsHave a valid driver license and reliable transportationHVAC certified
