Bailey Information Technology Consultants (BITC) is currently seeking a TS/SCI Functional Specialist Advisor/Records Management Training Tools Manager IV to support our customer in Springfield, VA Must hold a TS/SCI clearance to apply Overall Assignment Description • Maintain and improve existing NGA records management tools. Duties include: • Maintain and improve existing NGA records management tools: • Office File Planning database • Records Holding Area Inventory Management database • Information Officer database • Records Holding Area System Registry • Produce appropriate technical documentation on the design and functionality of the tools. • Develop new records management (RM) training tools (ie: content or syllabus). Skills and Experience: Required: • Demonstrated experience in the ''hands-on'' design, development, documentation, and support of MS Access database applications, Visual Basic, Python and web-based content delivery and ''dot net'' technologies. • Demonstrated experience maintaining and improving records management tools: • Office File Planning database • Records Holding Area Inventory Management database • Information Officer database • Records Holding Area System Registry • Possess a Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience in the Records Information Management. • Minimum 11 years'' experience in managing information management training tools in the IC, DoD or Federal Government environment. Desired: • Possess a Master''s Degree or higher in a business, computer science, library science, graphic design, engineering, programming, information technology, mathematics, or a scientific field.
