Project Manager with Security Clearance

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Program Manager, Tyto Project Manager will lead all aspects of the engineering, furnishing, installation, secure, and testing efforts including but not limited to Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), Wide Area, Campus Area, and Local Area Networks, Audio Visual (AV)/Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Voice-Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Wireless (WLAN and point-to-point), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). In addition, you will lead team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and subcontractor teammates to perform detailed site surveys to design and engineer infrastructure and IT modernization upgrades on many US Government installations throughout the theatre simultaneously. Additional responsibilities include: * Manage all the Engineering & Implementation Support activities and deliverables. * Coordinate collaborative efforts between customers, Lead Systems Engineer, IA Engineers, suppliers, and partners. * Coordinate survey efforts, migration strategy, and risk management meetings. * Coordinate schedule updates and delivery of all CDRLs. * Translate customer requirements into formal agreements and plans that culminate in customer acceptance of results while meeting business objectives. * Oversee the development of proposed solutions. * Perform as the project lead in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project or a segment of a project to produce an acceptable solution. * Analyze new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions for customer''s requirements. * Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports * Travel as needed. Qualifications: * Active DoD Secret Clearance * Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience * 10 or more years of experience in telecom leading and managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity * Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional. * Proven leadership, management, analytical, and organizational skills * Experience in managing and delivering Integrated Master Schedule * Outstanding verbal and written and communication * Experience managing DoD projects and teams * Ability to travel as needed Equal Opportunity Employer: Disability/Veteran We are currently supporting multiple United States Marine Corps, Marine Corp Systems Command Digital Infrastructure Services Transport and Communications office projects.
