Steel Project Manager

Position SummaryRAI Industrial Fabricators seeks a Steel Project Manager to support our growth-tripling our business in the last 5 years! This position reports to the Vice President, and manages all activities associated with the construction of assigned project. This may include managing or coordination with a team of Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, and other Project Managers. Essential Functions Customer Relations and Management of Expectations Project Budgeting with Cost Reporting/Projecting Development and Maintenance of the Project Schedule Change Order Management with customer, vendors and subcontractors Coordination with design teams Coordination and Management of Vendors and Subcontractors Coordination and Management of internal team members Perform Contract Reviews/familiar with construction contract language Manage project budgets, RFI''s, submittals and correspondence. Must be dependable and present a professional image. Ability to carry out assignments independently.Requirements 2+ years project management experience with emphasis on structural steel construction. Fabrication and Erection experience preferred. Bachelor''s degree with an emphasis in Construction Management or Engineering or related experience preferred Proven ability managing multiple projects.
