Row House is seeking an experienced Studio Assistant Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our studio in Del Mar, CA. Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand''s fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.POSITION:The ideal Studio Sales Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Instructors.REQUIREMENTS:Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to reach sales quotas.Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.An affinity and passion for fitness.Solid writing and grammar skills.Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.Proficiency with computers and Studio software.DUTIESLead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsManage staff scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise Sales Representatives and InstructorsProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, dependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studioEnforce Row House policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a very competitive hourly base; based on experience & mission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential as well within the company.
