The team constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis study tasks to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new mission concepts of employment to meet evolving joint mission objectives. Qualifications Responsibilities: * Lead planning and execution of NC3 Research and Development (R&D) working group (6x annually); manage attendee list; develop agenda; coordinate all administrative actions necessary for working group execution* Support the identification of new R&D efforts of non-traditional material solutions for NC3 Enterprise gaps and requirements that are unaddressed by any ongoing R&D efforts.* Participate in three to four NC3 working meetings per week* Provide weekly highlights to government officials* Assist with development of talking points / info papers to R&E leadership.* Interface and collaborate with A&S for the NC3 Capability Portfolio Management Process and support the NC3 Capability Portfolio Guidance (CPG) process. * Develop NC3 modernization maps* Support the NC3 Technology Development Plan (TDP). Desired Experience: * Expertise in NC3 systems, mission threads, and technologies applicable to the NC3 mission* Experience in supporting technical and/or operational customers including interfacing with external stakeholders and senior government personnel. * Experience providing strong organizational and oral and written communication skills including preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results and artifacts to varied audiences. * Experience maintaining configuration management on large and complex projects and developing and administering integrated data environments including cloud based storage approaches. * Experience utilizing SysML, Model-Based Systems Engineering tools to model and analyze complex systems of systems Required * Bachelor''s Degree.* Minimum of 5 years of NC3 experience.* Clearance: TS/SCI Desired: * Bachelors: Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics LI-JW1 MTSI top secret, ISSE, ISSO, CISSP LIMR-1 MTSI AST1
