Human Resources AnalystAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!As our Human Resources Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional office environment, responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing Human Resources and Recruiting data, metrics, and statistics, and applying this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.About this position:• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the personnel records management software, applicant tracking system, salary surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors'' practices, and other sources.• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.• Prepares reports of data results for senior leadership.• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.• Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.• Conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.• Guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.• Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications:• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience with job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred, but not required.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other related software.• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in work tasks.Additional Information• Must be able to work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, as petitive Pay $62K Depending On Experience SANAN80PandoLogic.
