IT Business Systems Analyst

This individual collaborates with stakeholders to define the best solutions aligning technology context and business strategies. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. This person executes on the delivery of the IT roadmap and owns production support for applications within the function.Partners with functional stakeholders in order to translate business needs in technical requirementsParticipates on, and may lead projects of varying scope and complexity. Projects may pertain to new functionality, process improvement, problem resolution, new business model requirements, upgrades, etc.Executes SW design and testing phases ensuring consistency with technological scenario and IT strategiesContributes to the application business case supporting the investmentSupports the technical component of application implementationExecutes the adoption and post go-live project phasesSupports applications throughout their entire life cycleExecutes strategic application roadmapOptimizes support of IT technologies ensuring successful execution of business processesWorks with limited supervision and able to make decisions in performing daily tasks.Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field4+ years IT experience in business analyst or similar roles1+ years'' experience participating in full lifecycle projectsExperience working with Smartsolve QMS, Infor EAM, LIMS (Labware) or SAP applications a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated expertise communicating with all levels of an organization.
