Required qualifications: Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire All Registered Nurses (RN) without a minimum of a Bachelor''s degree in Nursing (BSN) must obtain a Bachelor''s degree in Nursing or higher within 6 years of hire A RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at each facility by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultation with the Human Resources leader RNs employed prior to 1/1/13 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor''s degree or higher degree in Nursing, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment Current Washington State Registered Nursing license Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration, required within 90 days of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required at time of hire from American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network (MTN) 1 year Current oncology, or infusion oncology nursing experience, preferably in an acute care facility Preferred qualifications: Bachelors of Nursing degree (BSN) Oncology Certified Nurse IV Therapy certification Outpatient clinic experience Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
