Jr Power Platform Developer - w2 only

Summary The Jr. Developer, Power Platform Developer will be responsible for the development, documentation, and enhancement of Power BI dashboard and automate business processes using Power Automate RPA. The JDPP will use expertise with Power BI to create dashboard using connectors to multiple systems, he/she should also have expertise with Power Automate RPA tools to create automate scripts in business applications. JDPP should be familiar with modeling tool BlueDolphin tool to create process documentation. The JDPP will assist with the execution and prioritization of initiatives within the Program Roadmap. They will work with the Incident teams to provide level 2 support and assist in finding solutions to incidents. The JDPP is responsible for creating and managing all documentation pertaining to the Power BI and automation development which may include BRD, SOD, DDD, support plans. They will assist stakeholders with the communication, testing, training/transition plan. The JDPP will submit and manage tickets submitted to the Shared Apps support team for their own incidents or those of the team. The JDPP is responsible for developing code utilizing best practices for mobility, sophistication and efficient execution. They will be responsible for the documentation of code notes and error handling. The JDPP will stay up to date with industry best practices. Competencies Preferred: Ability to meet aggressive project deadlines from multiple project teams, as well as respond to the critical deadlines of the operations team. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills. Proficient with MS Office products Knowledge of BlueDolphin Required: The ability to work independently on multiple issues Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment Resourceful and excellent organizational skills Process requests timely with minimal supervision required Methodical approach. Self-starter, desire to learn and contribute Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Associate degree in Business administration/management, computer information science, information technology or STEM equivalent 1 year experience of hands-on development utilizing a Power Bi and Power Automate. Proficient with Excel and Macros (VB). Prior software engineering experience with .NET, or other OOP object-oriented program language (Can include experience from school)
