Sr Financial Business AnalystOne of the Sage Group''s clients is looking for a Sr Financial Business Analyst to review sales deals against compliance/criteria, experience in finance is required. The client provides cloud computing and platform virtualization software and services. The Deal Management Team (DMT) is a dynamic team established to support standard as well as highly negotiated, unique, or strategic contracts (Enterprise License Agreements) and Special Pricing Forms (SPFs) from inception of a sales opportunity to booking. If you are ready to accelerate, innovate and lead, join us as we challenge constraints and problem solve for tomorrow today.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 3 to 6 months you will work toward completing?Within 30 days, you will need to:Complete NH training and have a basic understanding of the deal lifecycle at client.Connect with key business partners to understand the current initiatives and projects, especially focusing on system changes and onboarding plans.Have a solid understanding of VMW, CDTO, and DMT''s priorities for FY''23.You will also learn how to navigate through all applications & tools used across the Deal Management Team (Salesforce, Confluence, and CPQ)Within 60 days, you will need to:Identify areas of inefficiencies in a deal lifecycle related to quoting and booking and propose solutions that address inefficiencies.Participate in projects as directed by leadership to positively impact ARR.Have a high-level understanding of client products.You will understand the use of contract templates and guidelines to prepare customer documents.Ability to support basic DMT quoting functions.Learn the aspects of user story review and acceptance, as well as end user system testing.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Participate in user story review, new capability demonstrations and change management to ensure new capabilities provide a streamlined experience.Engage in user acceptance testing for technical releases to prevent any bugs getting released into our system.Potentially provide relief to Core DMT for basic quoting support for sellersRequired:5+ years business analyst experience in finance for large B2B tech companiesExperience analyzing business sales deals a big plusDuration: 6 months to startLocation: Atlanta or Austin ideally
