Manufacturing Engineer - Program Manager

Responsibilities:As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for product management and ownership of complete manufacturing engineering projects for external clients.Must have 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer roleStrong project management skillsMust have experience with tooling and CNC processes for machined parts. Understanding of lathes, grinders, etc. Experience with rotors helpful but not necessaryIdentify and ensure implementation and optimization of manufacturing processesExperience in a machine shop environment preferredStrong understanding of planning personnel and material resourcesMust have strong communication skills and the ability to work with external clients to determine manufacturing schedules, manufacturing process requirements, and change ordersLead and establish project plans to ensure client deliverables are metMust be able to work in an environment where fast turn- around can be requiredAbility to understand manufactured part manufacturing design change requests from clientsBachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar field or equivalent experience/education
