SC&A is looking for an experienced Management Analyst to join our team who will facilitate and manage projects for our DHS CWMD Strategy, Policy, and Planning client. This role is responsible for communicating goals and evaluating results as requested. The incumbent will support decision makers in the DHS CWMD office and DHS components using information obtained from distributed sensor network capabilities and other sources. The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. This person must have exceptional people skills as well as creative solutions. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access eligibility is required. Applications without the required clearance will be automatically rejected. Applicants are required to pass DHS suitability review prior to hire. Responsibilities: Develop and communicate - Develop and communicate detailed specifications for implementation while maintaining customer expectations. Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.Research and test - Research and analyze the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties. Work closely with IT team to satisfy data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases. Collaborate - Work closely with colleagues to understand technical needs. Understand how any disruptions will potentially change a project and affect the business. Communicate with team leads to ensure client satisfaction, and provide recommendations as needed. Analyze - Applies appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to provide the services required. Employs process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conducting process modernization projects. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Coordinates multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of management efforts. Provides daily supervision and direction to personnel performing management analysis tasking. Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree in Business, Management, Political Science, or a related field- 3-10 years experience performing management analysis in areas such as business process reengineering, configuration management, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning.- Specific background in government budget planning and execution for classified programs required- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Experienced management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate and organize This position requires on-site work within a SCIF. Limited remote work on unclassified projects may be available.
