Growth Marketing Manager

ALKU seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and build the Growth Marketing team, which oversees digital marketing and revenue marketing/sales enablement. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for improving business revenue, lifecycle marketing, audience growth, reporting, and data analysis. This includes acquiring new customers and turning them into loyal brand advocates. The Growth Marketing Manager will set goals and lead the effort to reach these targets. This individual much have outstanding time management skills and attention to detail. As well as have experience with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Lifecycle marketing: Defining the journey from lead to qualified lead and improving our handoff process to sales. Tactics will include designing and building email nurture, webinars, sales enablement meetings, and more. Audience growth: Helping diversify our top-of-funnel marketing mix. Tactics will include looking for new client opportunities, creating different content formats for ads or social media, and more. Reporting and data analysis: Creating and implementing analytics to understand campaign results, review trends, and communicate findings/recommendations. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in Marketing solid understanding of how Digital Strategy, Optimization, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, paid search, and SEO can improve conversion rates Four years of experience in digital growth marketing Three years of experience designing and managing lifecycle campaigns Leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Ability to lead, influence cross-functionally, communicate effectively and work creatively Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail Experience driving strategies in a fast-paced, start-up environment Experience with data-driven decision making, problem-solving, and narrative building Ability to translate analytics, research, and insights into tangible plans
