A Top Investment Bank is looking for a Senior Agile Coach with Crew Level experience and some Stream level experience as well. Finance is a plus but not needed and Devops / Kanban is a plus but not needed.Need to have Crew level experience! Not looking for SAFe practitioners, need broader experience than SAFe. We''re looking for an Experienced / Senior Agile Coach in Weehawken, NJ, who can help us:• act as an SME on Agile, DevOps, Lean, Complexity and Product practices and a champion for continuous learning• guide leaders and geographically dispersed teams in their adoption of lean-agile values, principles, metrics (DORA / Flow) and supporting tooling• launch, stabilize and evolve agile practices across a team of teams (Crew - up to 150 people) by coaching and partnering with teams, product managers, engineers, leaders to reduce lead time, increase flow and grow the teams understandings of business value and continuous improvement• collaborate with Coaches across our organization in the development of our community (Guild), growing our coaching capabilities and our body of knowledge• assist in the establishing an eco-system to support initiatives, departments, and teams (including team of teams) in their adoption of agileYour teamYou will be a part of a team of coaches partnering with our newly created streams and crews to embed the unified model of Agile at our firm. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients.Your expertise• ideally 10 years of experience as an agile practitioner and ideally at least 5 years as an Agile coach applying Agile values, principles, and practices including Lead Time, Extreme Programming / DevOps, Scrum and Kanban• experienced in large complex organizations and agile transformations• significant experience acting as a teacher, facilitator, mentor and coach in the field of Agile/Lean• experience of working on value streams through the product development lifecycle and a excellent track record of working with and applying agile collaboration tools and metrics that matter (no vanity metrics).
