Our cost-effective, tight-tolerance, global manufacturing capabilities ensure superior total landed cost as well as reliability throughout the product life cycle.(Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Technician)**$1000 Sign-On Bonus**Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical system, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.May assign, instruct and lay out work for Maintenance Technician of lower classifications.May troubleshoot and re-program or program and edit programmable logic controllers (Allen-Bradley)May troubleshoot PLC''sObserve all Boyd safety and OSHA guidelines and proceduresMust support and follow the QMS requirementsMaintain a clean and orderly work areaAny other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to communicate with employees on a professional level at all timesKnowledgeIn-depth knowledge of various trades, including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repair is required. Knowledge of PLC''s. Basic reasoning skills and language skills (ability to read, analyze and interpret general business paperwork in English). Ability to complete shop paperwork. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions/requests from managers, clients, customers and the general public in English. Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
