Honeywell FM&T''s culture of integrity, commitment and continuous improvement enables them to deliver responsive, collaborative and innovative management and technology services and products that translate into cutting edge solutions to complex national security issues. ***This position will be in Kansas City, MO*** Summary of Duties: Proficient in multiple areas of security program management: Personnel Security, Information Security, Physical Security & Technical SecurityHave a fundamental working knowledge of Information Assurance and Communications SecurityPerform day-to-day administration and security management of secure facility operations consistent with Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and DOE policies and procedures to protect classified informationServes as Project Security Officer (PSO), providing single point of contact for projects and programs supporting key security, HS&E, and operational surety initiativesDevelops and implements project security plans consistent with security and customer requirements.Designs, carry out, and monitor security interests for business and project initiativesFamiliar with interpreting security requirements and policy from multiple agencies and communicating to the business how it''s applicable to site operations to investigate requirements and/or changes to ensure updates are communicated to the businessLeads the planning, development, administration, and oversight of multiple security procedures programs for classified matter or proprietary materials, products, services, documents, and equipmentAssures that training and internal practices/procedures/policies comply with National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)/Department of Energy (DOE) orders and any other applicable policies pertaining to securityConducts audits, surveys, special studies, and prepares security plans and proceduresInvestigate Incidents of Security Concern (IOSC) and write formal reportsMay interact as part of the security team with NNSA, DOE Headquarters and business leadership on matters related to securityWill support the team and business developing and facilitating internal communications to include the processing and distribution of information through different communications servicesConducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment. Takes actions necessary to ''stop'' work when an unsafe condition or action is identified You Must Have: 5+ years of security experience at a professional or management levelBachelor''s degree in business, law enforcement, education, or engineeringU.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a government clearances and accesses We Value: Advanced degree in business, law enforcement, education, or engineeringThorough knowledge of DOE/NNSA policy and regulationsKnowledge of Personnel Security processes and procedures, as well as Security Education & AwarenessActive government clearance accessWorks under consultative direction toward predetermined goals and objectivesThe ability to self-initiate assignments and drive tasking from program discussionsDetermines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired resultsCan provide technical support regarding security program(s)A background involved with manufacturingExperience conducting, documenting, and communicating risk through assessments to develop site specific threat analysis and security countermeasuresMaturity developing and delivering lectures, training, and briefings to all levels of management and employees on security elements inclusive of Information, Personnel, Protective Force and Program ManagementWillingness to serve as FM&T representative on business sponsored quality panels tasked with development and implementation of policy and resolution of security program(s)Excellent communication (both oral and written), organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsMust be able to interact tactfully with all levels of management and provide project leadershipKnowledge of computer applicationsFMT2021 Additional InformationCategory: Business ServicesLocation: 14520 Botts Road, Kansas City, MO 64147 USAExemptMust have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements.
