Location 469 - ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation - Oak Lawn West, Oak Lawn, IL Educational Requirements Centers with more than 120 Beds: Bachelors in Social Work or a Bachelor''s in Human Services field, including but not limited to Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology; Licensed where required by law. Centers with 120 Beds or less: High School Diploma required; Bachelors in Social Work or a Human Services field desirable; Licensed where required by law.Position Requirements For Centers with more than 120 Beds: One year of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting working directly with geriatric individuals. For Centers with 120 Beds or less: Two years of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting working directly with geriatric individuals desirable.
