Accounts Receivable Specialist

We have a client in Dallas that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist! If you are interested in a new career change that offers great benefits and growth opportunities, APPLY NOW!Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pmPay: $19/hr.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and resolution of payment posting issuesKeep records of all delinquent accounts and follow-up activityReconcile customer account statementsHas knowledge of cash posting, allocating payments and understands offsetsProcess credit and debit memos, sales returns, credits, price adjustments, stock rotation, etc.Obtain information from the sales and customer service departments in order to resolve account deductions or discrepanciesRecord A/R accounts by keeping copies of invoices, debits, and creditsRequirements: 1 - 2 years of experience or Accounting/Finance/Economics degreeStron gcomputer skills including Microsoft ExcelProfessional written and verbal communication skillsReal estate or title experience preferred, but not requiredCustomer Service oriented attitudePrideStaff (North Dallas location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.
