Senior Imagery Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description As a Senior Imagery Analyst, you will researching imagery databases for amplifying information, produce standard imagery analysis products, and collaborate with IC organizations to enhance collection, research, analysis, and product generation processes. You will provide imagery analysis against targets utilizing a variety of platforms against a variety of target types, serving as a subject matter expert, producing intelligence on mission specific issues. The primary products produced will be summary-type reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, and daily briefings * Incorporate the full spectrum of GEOINT to include: NTM, manned and unmanned air breather, and civil/commercial sensors providing hardcopy and softcopy imagery exploitation.* Provide imagery analysis services in the form of datasets and visualization products that typically result in authorship of 6-9 standard, coordinated intelligence reports per year* Publish remarks, baseline descriptions, and other imagery exploitation reporting in accordance with guidance* Read, extract and plot coordinates using multiple map and chart scales, projects and datums.* Provide imagery analysis services on orders of battle, battle damage assessment, and other core skill sets as dictated by the government.* Perform sampling of published analytic products for review and feedback.* Create quality standards checklists.* Assist in the publication of ''how-to'' guides for use by other analysts.* Identify exemplary products for emulation.* Build, monitor, and modify quality plans.* Provide imagery content for website and parallel publications, and internal marketing materials.* Provide periodic impact reviews (the product''s development, tradecraft quality, and impact the product had on customers and the Intelligence Community).* Support the work of the Quality Review Team, including the development of marketing materials and publications, quality standards, and support.* Work with other offices to ensure quality assurance activities are prioritized, coordinated, and completed on schedule.A3922-GEO-SPI Required Education, Experience, & Skills * At least 10 years of relevant experience.* Completed an Imagery Analysis Course.* Strong knowledge of NTM, air breather, and civil/commercial sensors providing hardcopy and softcopy imagery.* Strong knowledge of digital data including but not limited to, commercial imagery, NTM, airborne, motion and full motion imagery, panchromatic data, spectral data, and SAR data.* Strong knowledge of manual light tables and electronic light tables functionalities.* Strong knowledge of standard and non-standard reports* Experience collaborating with all national and service intelligence agencies/centers.* Knowledge in the tasking of overhead intelligence collection systems.* Knowledge of the following systems and software programs: Intelink, SAFE and/or M3, RemoteView, Cedalion or Orchestration Services, IEC, and common office software to include spreadsheets, word processing, and email.* Demonstrated customer support skills.* Demonstrated good oral and written communication skillsA3922-GEO-SPI Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Recent experience providing imagery quality assurance supportA3922-GEO-SPI About BAE Systems Intelligence & Security BAE Systems, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of BAE Systems plc, an international defense, aerospace and security company which delivers a full range of products and services for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, security, information technology solutions and customer support services.
