ResponsibilitiesTEMPORARY NURSE (RN) - 16-WEEK ASSIGNMENT - PREMIUM PAY $70.00/hourCentennial Peaks Hospital:Centennial Peaks Hospital is a104 bed behavioral health facility located in beautiful Louisville, CO. We are dedicated to providing a full range of mental health and chemical dependency services to the state of Colorado. We strive to enhance the mental health, safety and well-being of our patients, their families, and the community at large by providing ethical, compassionate, medically and psychologically integrated inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for psychiatric and addiction disorders.Position Description:Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Centennial Peaks Hospital. The Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process that is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit. Must be available every other weekend.QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:Current license to practice nursing in Colorado or (eligible to receive or renew).Current CPR or BLS certification.Preferred experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.HOURS / SCHEDULE: This is TEMPORARY 16-WEEK ASSIGNMENT. The first two weeks will be orientation. Then work 3 12-hour shifts per week for a total of 14 weeks. We are currently seeking night shift applicants.
