Cerner Healthe Clinics are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to cover two of our campuses in Kansas City, MO! Our Healthe Clinic is an innovative personal health management clinic that provides primary and preventative care services for the entire family.As the Clinic LPN, you will work alongside Nurse Practitioners and Physicians providing outstanding professional clinical care through everyday nursing care within the scope of their licensure. You will have Visit Navigator responsibilities which include providing telephone triage and case management services to covered health plan members, taking member vitals, inputting member symptoms into an electronic medical record, collecting laboratory specimens, administering immunization/shots, scheduling follow-up appointments, referrals and diagnostic testing, assisting with procedures and patient education. Phlebotomy experience is required.*This position will work at both World Headquarters (North Campus) and Innovations (South Campus)* Working Environment Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered This position offers an Onsite working environment. Meaning you will primarily work in a Cerner office or client site. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. LI-Onsite Qualifications Basic QualificationsAt least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:2 years direct patient care work experience2 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationLicensed Practical Nurse - MissouriPreferred QualificationsAssociate''s degree in Nursing, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experienceAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Basic Life Support (BLS)ExpectationsWilling to work on a flexible schedule as neededAbility promote wellness activitiesPhlebotomy experiencePatient triageAbility to travel and work at any of the three Cerner Healthe Clinic locationsWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assignedMust currently reside in the Kansas City, MO area Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
