Location:Secaucus, New JerseyJob Summary:The Business Analyst will work with Sourcing associates to understand business processes and workflows. This position will provide guidance and training to Sourcing staff on improved processes and provide presentations to management on the benefits of newly implemented processes as well as report on current procedure/work flows. This position will implement and support changes to organization structures, business processes and protocols, product lifecycle calendars, and new and enhanced software capabilities. The Business Analyst will support the Sourcing organization to implement process changes as well as re-inforce current procedures are maintained and made common practice. Additionally this position will run reporting and analyze the data for the entire Sourcing Organization.Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities:Gather, synthesize and analyze data, making recommendations for business decisions and directionPerform business process analysis and assist with improvement of new and existing processesExecute projects through completion based on direction and review from manager with swift turnaroundSupport project plan for transforming organizations from current to future state within Global Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, and PlanningRun reporting and conduct analysis for entire Sourcing Organization.Support Sourcing Dept and cross-functional business processes that standardize and streamline ways of workingPrepare organizations for process change and actively support the change through day-to-day operations oversightReview process adoption and adherence regularly by maintaining a pulse on the organizations and vendor community and effectively resolving roadblocks by working with Sourcing counterpartsProvide research for executive reports on status for sampling, On-Time Delivery and overall business agendas.Work with Sourcing associated to recommend report definition requirements and mockups to support business process operationsContribute to the development of user documentation (guides, training materials, etc.)Administer user acceptance testing to obtain buy-in and sign off from stakeholders prior to implementation, includes external partners requiring access to applicationsCollaborate with Information Technology as needed to prioritize deliverables and ensure functionality for usersEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or Finance3+ years of direct experience with product lifecycle applications and systemsExperience communicating new operational processes and proceduresPrevious experience in assisting with large-scale organization transformations and system implementations (e.g., ERP, cloud-based applications, PLM) preferredSkills and Behaviors:Must be able to take project direction but work independently from project start through completion with minimal oversightMust exercise initiative and independent judgment to complete multiple projectsExcellent self-management skills through a collaboratively directive approachExcellent communication skills with strong ability to build meaningful cross-functional relationships and buy-inExcellent analytical and research skillsAbility to interact with all levels within the organizationAbility to work in a fast paced environment with ambiguity and minimally-required oversightAbility to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting prioritiesSkilled in executive reporting to illustrate progressExpert in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Pointmake our PLACE yoursWANTED: Really motivated people ready to work and learn.Being a part of our team takes collaboration and hard work.
