MYMIC is seeking a JCIDS Gatekeeper Analyst with expertise and experience in the JCIDS processes and documentation. The Gatekeeper will review requirements and capability documents for completeness, compliance, and clarity and provide recommendations for changes prior to submission and throughout the JCIDS process. In addition, the JCIDS Gatekeeper Analyst will: • Gather and analyze inputs from stakeholders and make recommendations and prepare proposed changes to the JCIDS process (as well as the DOD Acquisition policies) and its attendant policies, manuals, and user guides; and, create and maintain errata change versions of the regularly occurring CJCS. This will include the development and adjudication of comment resolution matrices and the development, monitoring and administration of TMT for the Manual. • Prepare, staff, and present (when necessary) recurring (i.e., daily, monthly, annual) reports and briefings and provide analysis of trends. This may include the generation of custom, ad-hoc and standard metric reporting and data entry into knowledge management and decision support tools used by the Services, Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff. • Participate in, or coordinate actively on, multiple IPTs, providing the acquisition subject matter expertise needed to fulfill the critical planning and execution requirements outlined in the JCIDS process. • Review existing top-level acquisition strategy and program structure that addresses requirements in accordance with JCIDS and PPBE; and, assess compliance with the DoD 5000 series as well as articulate impact and challenges in future implementation. • Develop user guides on specific issues (Mid-Tier Acquisition, Rapid Capability Office (RCO), etc.)). • Research, interpret, analyze, advice on, assist with, and apply the rules, regulations, and procedures found in the DoD Instruction (DODI) 5000 series, other DoD acquisition policies. • Serve as a liaison with FCBs, program managers, Service Gatekeepers, and other stakeholders to provide JCIDS advice, which may include the review of Joint Performance Requirements (JPR), Joint Designations, and DODAF architecture products. • Support Defense Acquisition University in Course Content Review Boards or other curriculum forums, and provide recommendations for updates to course content. • Support training and education efforts through the development and delivery of procedural and technical periods of instruction related to JCIDS, acquisition and related topics. • Participate in all interagency (i.e., internal and external stakeholders, within Government and internationally) interaction supporting JCIDS and requirements and capabilities. • Support document tracking in ADS such as Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS) and ensure accuracy of process points of particular documents. Education and Experience Requirements• Master''s Degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field and seven (7) years of task related experience.OR• Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field and twelve (12) years of task related experience.• Must possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Extensive expertise or experience in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and DoDI 5000 is desired.• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Security Clearance• Active Top Secret security clearance is required
