Overview Axient is seeking a Senior Acquisition Security Management Specialist at Eglin AFB, FL. Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities: * General OPSEC, INFOSEC, PERSEC, CYBERSEC, Physical Security support * Prepare and coordinate program collateral security classification guides * Prepare and coordinate DD254, Contract Security Classification Specification * Prepare and coordinate program protection plans * Respond to requests for security advice, and provide remedial training as needed * Provide expert guidance to all team members; ensure they handle security issues in the proper manner * Prepare and monitor end of day security checklists and end of day schedule * Update training content as needed; conduct training to ensure residents adhere to procedures * Initiate e-QIP personnel investigations, review, work with customer to make corrections and track * Process/sign DD form 2875s, System Authorization Access Request * Create and process Program Access Requests for personnel requiring access to associated programs * Process special accesses such as NATO, CNWDI, RD, ATOMIC. * Generate/submit clearance verification letters for active duty and DoD civilian PCS or TDY * Generate/submit NSA, NASA and DOE security verification letters. * Perform quarterly alarm tests; update monthly alarm matrix and other mandatory forms * Prepare classified packages and facsimiles for dispatch; document receipt of incoming classified material; manage/update the documentation log * Maintain/update badging software/database for visitors and permanent party personnel; issue proximity cards and ID badges; run access control reports * Perform inspection, inventory, document storage, and internal distribution of classified information. * Record incoming visit requests; submit outgoing visit requests * Check visitor clearances; issue visitor badges; monitor building access system and run reports * Provide security support to meetings; ensure information conveyed is protected at the appropriate level * Perform escort duties for non-cleared personnel * Perform opening and closing procedures for classified areas * Process Long-term and Short-term base passes. * Generate/process Restricted Area Badges * Assist members with foreign travel/contact reporting procedures. * Assist members with completion of pre-screening questionnaires * Provide assistance to incoming and outgoing personnel for in- and out-processing * Enhance the above-mentioned procedures via automated systems and also assist with implementation of Force Protection and day to day emergency procedures to include destruction of classified material. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Must be a US Citizen. * Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance. * AS degree and 15yrs experience OR BS degree and 10yrs experience OR MS degree and 7yrs experience is required. * Degree program and experience must be relevant. * Level 1 Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Program Security Fundamentals Professional Certification is required for Acquisition Security Management Specialist within 12 months of beginning support on this Task Order. The Contractor shall maintain this certification during the remainder of support on this task order. * Must meet all COVID related requirements. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working Special Access Programs and Collateral Security on DoD installations * Experience with Joint Access Data Base Environment (JADE), Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), and Defense Information Security System (DISS) Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols
