State Tested Nursing Assistant - STNA

Description ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. The STNA - Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing care to patients and residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. Location 5613 - ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation - Centerville, OH Educational Requirements Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program. Good standing in the state registry is required. Position Requirements Our candidate will possess the ability to communicate with patients and nursing staff. Prior experience as nursing assistant preferred but not required. Job Specific Details: ProMedica of Centerville is excited to immediately interview, extend offer, hire, and train new team members in the position of STNA. We are currently looking for Full-Time and Part-Time positions on our 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts. We offer a generous Hire-On Bonus of $5000 for Full-Time and $2500 for Part-Time. In addition to our Hire-On Bonus, ANYhours worked between 3pm-11pm receive a$2per hour Shift Differential and ANY hours worked between 11pm-7am receive a $1 per hour Shift Differential.
