You Have: * Experience with Systems Engineering or Project Management, schedule planning and development efforts on space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware systems * Experience developing and managing an integrated, end to end IMS to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions * Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levels * Knowledge of scheduling tools, including MS Project, One Pager Pro, Milestones Professional, SharePoint, and MS Excel * Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems, segments, elements, interrelationships, interdependencies, and external drivers of operational capabilities to review and provide input to the Operational Capability Schedule * Ability to concurrently manage several Enterprise and Program-level schedules and IMS * Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals * Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule and development activities on space-based remote sensing systems * Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baseline * Experience managing the annual schedule activities for Remote Sensing sustainment programs * Experience working with large amounts of data * Experience utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization * Knowledge of space systems and the corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and test, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities * Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 * TS/SCI clearance * Master''s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics * INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
