We are committed to improving access to health care services for low income and underserved residents and believe in a community where each person has equitable and affordable opportunities to live a healthy life.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads a high performing team by assisting in recruitment, training and retention strategies.Mentors, develops, and monitors staff (including office manager, benefits enrollment staff, health navigation staff, and administrative staff) using a supportive and collaborative approach.Provides support of bi-weekly directors'' meetings and regular monthly all-staff meetings, and program-specific staff meetings, including documentation of agendas and minutes. Attends and supports CEO at GHP Board meetings.Ensures that all program activities operate consistently and ethically.Results-proven track record of exceeding goals through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment.Works in conjunction with grants administrator or vendor to assist in grant proposal development and serves as the liaison with the funder after grant award.Oversight of provider network and member complaints and inquiries.Assists the CEO and director of outreach with packaging and marketing of Health Plan services.Oversees the health plan staff and sub-contractors, reporting, weekly and quarterly partnership meetings, and coordinating the work of GHP data management system.About Us: Genesee Health Plan (GHP) is Genesee County''s plan for better health which began with the vision to have a community where each person has equal and affordable opportunity to live a healthy life.
