The Software Developer will work as a part of a small team developing business tools for a corporate IT enterprise serving 40K+ employees. Responsibilities:Utilize skills to develop business tools where code is integrated into SQL databaseTroubleshoot and resolve issues with existing toolsTest completed work prior to submitting for peer reviewProvide some user assistance and outreachOccasionally represent team at customer meetingsParticipate in Scrum eventsParticipate in tracking work in GitHub or other team collaboration tools such as JiraProvide assistance to peers during weekly team work days.Required Skills & Experience:Understanding of and exposure to Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL. Resume should include detailed information about projects during college and/or related paid/unpaid work during college yearsExcellent communication and team skills including not being afraid to ask questions, sharing status of work, and sending respectful emailsHigh level of initiative and self- motivationInterest in learning new skills and toolsAbility to work to goals and timelines established by Scrum team Additional Requirements:Due to the requirements in the Safer Federal Workforce Taskforce guidance and the nature of our covered contracts and facilities, all employees may need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a legal exemption with approved accommodation.
