Sr. Scrum Master with Security Clearance

Senior Scrum Master Signature Federal Systems is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Scrum Master to join our team in the Chantilly VA area to provide unparalleled support and to begin an exciting and rewarding career with ManTech. This is also an opportunity for a Scrum Master to support a cyber-security contract and work within an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) team.Position Overview & Responsibilities:• Manage the team''s product backlog, release planning, daily standup meetings, and release retrospectives• Guide and coach, the team in using Agile methodology, scrum, and Kanban practices to deliver high quality products and services • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, decision-making process, and help resolve conflicts and issues• Manage product releases, deployments, and dependencies between teams• Monitor progress and performance and assist teams to make improvements• Help the product owner, development team, and PM to achieve customer satisfaction• Lead working sessions with product stakeholders to review and determine requirements, scope, and schedule constraints• Remove obstacles to the project team to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Develop new and refine existing processes to enhance quality and productivity• Develop and provide reports, presentations, and metrics• Participate in internal and external meetings• Provide general project management support by assisting the PM with day-to-day activities Position Requirements and Qualifications:• B.S. or relevant experience in related field• Minimum Experience: 3 plus years of related scrum master experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively • Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products, JIRA, and Confluence• Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner with experience with Scrum teams • Prior experience providing general PM support • Experience providing reports, presentations, and metrics Clearance Requirement:• Must possess an active TS/SCI w/ a CI polygraph.
