Flexibility, customer-focus and adaptability are key in this fast-paced, team-first environment where diversity and inclusion are highly valued.Position Responsibilities:Collaborate with a wide range of subject-matter experts and customers to provide timely Systems Engineering support and solutionsWork with RFLP (requirements, functional, logical and physical) development and analysis, systems modeling within CAMEO, Verification and Validation analysisCondense results and lessons learned into actionable guidance that can be applied across the company via Design Practices and other documentationWork with customers to listen and offer guidance for how to address challenges; leading and supporting execution of solutionsThis position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry5+ years of experience in Systems EngineeringPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle of aerospace productsExperience in Systems Thinking and Theory of ConstraintsExperience working within an Agile environment as well as modeling with CAMEOExperience seeking out multiple viewpoints and supporting a positive and constructive cultureExperience in Software Engineering requirements and product lifecycle as well as data visualization skillsExceptional written, listening and verbal skillsTypical Education/Experience: Bachelor''s degree and typically 5 or more years'' experience in an engineering classification or a Master''s degree with typically 3 or more years'' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
