Quality Analyst RN - FPPE/OPPE and Peer ReviewFull-Time Days/POSITION SUMMARY:/ Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE), Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Peer Review. Collaborates with physician leaders and risk management to review cases and escalate as appropriate. Responsible for driving organizational change by developing, facilitating and executing organizational improvement projects and initiatives. Is accountable for ensuring that the projects meet the identified internal and external standards; and is instrumental in promoting culture change by sharing best practice and effectively teaching, mentoring, and coaching other team members in various improvement methodologies. Leads initiatives to support facility, division and corporate performance Indicators, and other facility-wide performance improvement activities (e.g., ongoing readiness, standardization of processes to reduce variation, etc.), through Performance Improvement Committees, Physician and Nursing-based committees, as well as numerous other multi-disciplinary project teams.
