Project SummaryNCC is looking for an experienced and ambitious Video Producer to help manage a team that will provide a range of media services to a Federal corporate communications office. ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, schedule, oversee, direct, and implement all stages of the project to ensure the client''s requirements are metAnalyze stakeholder requirements and give recommendations on the appropriate media type, channel, presentation format, length, and other factors that would benefit the projectDevelop an understanding of the client''s overall message and target audienceAdvise government content producers and subject matter experts on media production techniquesDetermine project resource needs, including: graphics, stock shots, music, and sound effectsWork with the appropriate government POCs, contractors, and internal/external customers to purchase or create necessary media resources and meet established deadlinesDevelop story ideas, storyboards, and write finished scriptsEnsure that the final product fully meets the client''s requirementsFacilitate meetings and lead production teams as neededProvide project updates to the client on a weekly basisDevelop production and post production schedulesCoordinate the activities of production personnelSchedule and supervise field productionsRequired ClearanceMust have a Top Secret security clearance; SCI with CI Poly preferred Required QualificationsFive (5) or more years of experience as a Video ProducerPrevious work experience at a television station, television network, production house, post-production house or equivalent High-end media facilityExperience managing and coordinating a media production staffExperience working directly with stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing regular project updatesStoryboard development and screenwriting experienceKnowledge of Talent Direction (On-camera, voiceover, etc.)Knowledge of graphics and animation creationKnowledge of audio/video editingKnowledge of production/post-production equipment and techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with or for a Federal government clientPrior videography experienceEducation and CertificationsBachelor''s Degree in Television production, Film production, or equivalent degreeCore ValuesInnovative, Adaptable and Always LearningPut the Customer FirstWork Together for the Greater GoodGo BeyondOwn It and Get It DoneDo the Right ThingHave FunNCC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran)
