Our Production & Industrial Engineering (P&IE) organization is growing! We are looking to fill multiple 1st-level management positions across Puget Sound with qualified candidates who are passionate about leading Boeing into the future.We are looking for leaders who bring diverse perspectives, curiosity and creativity when approaching challenges. Strong candidates will have demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.Primary Responsibilities: Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production EngineeringDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employeesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
