Job Description

A growing Aircraft Sub-Contractor is seeking an HR Manager to deliver a comprehensive and professional HR generalist service, providing pragmatic, creative and business focused HR solutions and recommendations; • Lead, guide and deliver on all employment life cycle activities, including but not limited to recruitment / selection, onboarding / induction, absence management, employee relations (incl. disciplinary, grievance and appeal), performance / talent management and health and safety, • Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing clear, effective, and legally compliant advice, guidance and support on Company Policies and Procedures, legislation, and risk to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice, • Provide coaching and mentoring to Supervisors / Managers to improve confidence and people management capability and enable them to self-serve, • Provide an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service which supports all aspects of an employee''s relationship and engagement with the Company, • Support the development of strong communication and feedback channels with all employees through a variety of mechanisms to support employee engagement, • Create, monitor, review and update Company Policies and Procedures ensuring compliance with current legislation, • Create, coordinate and deliver value added HR learning and development initiatives, • Play a major role in work reviews and change processes, ensuring continuous improvement of HR practices, • Accurately prepare the payroll for all US sites within agreed timescales, and act as the first point of contact for all payroll related queries, • Responsible for administering all Company benefits in accordance with relevant legislation, • Maintain current and accurate information within the HRM systems and process robust management information aligned to business needs, • Undertake projects which will support achieve Company objectives, • To have a duty of care to yourself and others regarding Health and Safety matters and to ensure all Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are implemented, • To actively promote the Company Equality and Diversity Policy, encouraging staff awareness and participation in all areas, • Adhere to the Company Data Protection Policy and Procedure and ensure private and confidential data is kept secure and disposed of in the appropriate manner, and • To carry out duties pertinent to the scope of the post as directed.
