For more information, please visit .We are currently recruiting for a Training Program Manager.Location: Remote position in USA , UK or NetherlandsAbout the Position:As part of the Training, Mentoring and Certification team, the Training Program Manager will play a key part in enabling the IES Service Organization through training and certification to efficiently service and support our instruments in the field and with our customers.Key Responsibilities:Implement training strategies and direction of global technical training & certification processes, providing input for developing, documenting, implementing and communicating global process standardization.Identify, evaluate and support growth opportunities within the Laboratory Products Division to increase efficiencies and streamline the technical training process.Generate training metrics, interpret performance and drive compliance within training program.Lead and maintain process reviews with service and factory partners to gain approval and support of key process implementation.Identify, establish and demonstrate collaborative business relationships that improve training and the customer experience.Create effective live and distance learning in conjunction with global factory partners and other training groups. Use digital technologies as applicable.Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Demonstrates Thermo Fisher Scientific values Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and InvolvementPossesses a detailed understanding of training & certification process elements with the ability to convey importance to a diverse audience who may have cultural fectious positive attitude with ability to overcome objections that inhibit goal completion.Solid presentation and communication skills that influence a positive outcome.Strong communication skills and a collaborative style of working to reach common goals and objectivesAnalytical and data driven approach to problem solving& solutions developmentMay require 20% to 30% travel.Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred.
