Secret Cleared or Clearable US Citizens Certification of Personnel There are three certifications required for USAID''s implementation of ERM-GRC: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance Engineering Subject Matter Specialist - Responsible for technical aspects of the project under the direction of the Project Manager. Minimum Qualifications: 1. At least 3 years of professional experience performing information assurance or ISSO duties in support of federal government agencies. 2. At least 2 years of experience providing advisory or consulting services to support CIO or CISO organizations to develop or manage their cybersecurity or information assurance programs. 3. Active USAID SECRET security clearance or higher (interim is acceptable) 4. Hands-on experience performing all phases of NIST RMF, NIST-SP 800-37 5. Strong analysis skills and the ability to design new processes 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills 7. Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform 8. Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module 9. Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks 10. Expert knowledge of architecture frameworks, design tools, business/technical requirements, and analytical functions 11. Extensive experience in working with Tableau 12. Demonstrated experience in communicating complex technical material at all levels of understanding and expertise. 13. One or more of: CISSP, CAP, CCSK, CISA or CISM certification 14. Hands-on experience using or implementing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Telos Xacta, CSAM, EMASS, RiskVision, or ServiceNow GRC.
