Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for an Engineering Cab Systems Capability Integrator to join our team in Seattle, WA.The Engineering Cab Systems (E-Cab), Integration & Operations team is responsible for the design, build and operations of a suite of world-class Flight Deck simulators supporting current production and future models of Boeing Commercial Aircraft and derivatives. We are currently seeking a Technical Capability Integrator (TCI) to support managing projects and schedules in addition to providing guidance and inputs to forecasting and investment strategies for the continued evolution of our products. A successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with ability to communicate at multiple levels (from Engineer/Tech/Shop personnel to Senior & Program Managers) with Project Management experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, be highly motivated and be a self-starter requiring limited oversight. They must be a team oriented individual with a desire to continuously learn and grow. Comfort Level with interpreting and communicating complex data to advocate for a course of action. Passion and excitement for Boeing''s future product line. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Experienced and Senior level E-Cab Capability Integrator''s. Position Responsibilities:Coordinating test requirements including: work scope, test objectives, asset schedule and budget needs in support of those facilitiesMust be able to review lab test requirements and resolve technical discrepancies prior to the lab estimating processProvide performance & technical status reports to the Aeronautical Systems Integration Team (ASIT) and Flight Simulation Software Labs (FSSL) management, along with Program Chief Engineers, Test Program Managers and Value Stream Leaders as requiredCoordinate Planning Conferences across multiple functions including ASIT, FSSL, Instrumentation & Data Systems (I&DS), Design/Build, Environmental, FAST, BCA Flight Deck, and other customer organizations to ensure test scope & objectives are understood and obtainableThis position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in work statement or project management including business case definition, scope, planning, scheduling and execution of complex projectsExperience developing technical project execution plans and schedulesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with software/hardware testing Experience with integration testing in a simulated environmentTypical Education/Experience:Experienced (Level 3)AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Senior (Level 4)AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
