Job Description Description: Dialysis Float Pool All travelers will be regional floats floating daily to all hospitals in designated region: Region 2 (East) - SJH - SJHN - SJHS - MCH - SFB 2 years recent acute hemodialysis experience First time travelers accepted Nurse will be required to float to ICU so vent and dialysis experience is required Cerner or EPIC experience BCLS certs required Biweekly call required Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis Every other weekend required COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious) 13 week initial contract COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Tier3 Crisis Compliance Need 7 days at minimum lead time from BOOKING to START to account for crisis compliance SMOKE FREE FACILITY Travel experience is required Pending licenses NOT accepted Compliance docs due Tuesday prior to Monday start Please complete the below for submittal email: 75 MILE RADIUS: BayCare has a 75-mile radius rule in effect. The traveler must live at least 75 miles from the facility they are applying for. If they live within 75 miles from the facility, they are not qualified. The rule applies for all BayCare facilities. (Y/N) All perm, per diem or float team members must be gone for a full year before returning as a traveler Modules: 4-6 hours of modules are included in BR Pass/Fail EKG exam (3 attempts)
