Job Duties and Responsibilities High-level job responsibilities: This position will be part of the Latino COE - Acquisition Marketing & Growth Strategy team, which is accountable for leading all marketing efforts to drive new subscriber growth in the Hispanic segment. This individual will work closely with various marketing teams (i.e. digital, media, direct response, brand, analytics, and finance) to ensure our Hispanic subscriber acquisition strategy is executed and our business objectives are met. Day-to-day job responsibilities: Lead the Sling TV strategy to drive Hispanic subscriber acquisition growth in accordance with business objectives Track and analyze acquisition marketing performance for Sling TV in the Hispanic segment Work closely with the Brand Strategy/Marketing Communications and Media teams on marketing campaigns intended to grow our Sling TV subscriber base Design and oversee the execution of marketing acquisition tests to help inform strategic decisions Work with various teams to analyze Return on Marketing Investment and optimize media mix based on response rates and profitability of new subscribers Identify strategic and tactical opportunities to improve marketing acquisition performance while supporting brand building initiatives Support Corporate Finance and Marketing Analytics teams during budgeting and forecasting processes Skills, Experience and RequirementsMinimum required skills / experience:A suc cessful Marketing Manager will have the following: A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and bachelor''s degree required Sound analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency Passion for Latino and Multicultural Marketing. Prior experience with marketing to Latino segment highly preferred Team player and demonstrated ability to work well with cross functional teams Desire to win the business every single day with a strategic mindset and passion for innovation and agility Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking Proven experience working directly with senior leadership teams with excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills Salary RangeCompensation: $76,000.00/Year - $115,000.00/Year BenefitsFrom versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website .Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
