Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDISH Network has an exciting opportunity for an eDiscovery & Litigation System Analyst at our corporate headquarters location in Englewood, Colorado. This position is a key part of our Legal Department and an extension of our Information Security Department, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. This position is full-time, permanent, and salaried with standard work hours. This position has no supervisory duties, requires very little travel, and does not permit working from home. This position will primarily be responsible for managing and administering the technology platform, tools and automated scripts used in executing the daily legal data preservation and collection operations associated with discovery of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). This position will also be responsible for contributing to delivery of new and on-going projects for the DISH eDiscovery program (research, analysis, and technical execution activities) and performing daily operational data collection and processing tasks in collaboration with the Legal department. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The general responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Utilize the core eDiscovery tool suite to complete eDiscovery data gathering tasks using: Google Vault, Exchange Admin Center, and other enterprise systems Execute legal data collection and processing tasks for both custodial and non-custodial data Collaborate with various departments in the execution of daily tasks and projects, including, but not limited to: IT, Legal, other business units based on the task or project Interact with outside service providers on the delivery and receipt of ESI Monitor and act upon electronic ticketing queue for the eDiscovery team Maintain and enhance custom PowerShell and some SQL queries utilized in the legal hold process Other duties as assigned Skills, Experience and RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES General familiarity with eDiscovery review platforms (Relativity, DISCO, etc.) Software administration, preferably in a legal environment Solid Google Workspace and MS Office skills, including advanced Excel skills Understanding of data transfer protocols and the security around the same for large datasets Ability to work independently, under deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once while working in a team environment Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills High level of attention to detail Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group Basic scripting languages a plus (PowerShell and SQL) EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor''s degree or 2 years experience in a related field; experience in eDiscovery, litigation support or using data collection tools preferred Computer forensic experience a plus eDiscovery certification preferred but not required Salary RangeCompensation: $57,400.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year BenefitsFrom versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website .Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
