Accountable for, but not limited to, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance and positive employee relations.Minimum Requirements:Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (BSN or Health Administration Degree preferred).Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a registered nurse in this state.Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.Demonstrate success in staff supervision and team management.Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.Professional environment!Warm and supportive teamWe are an EOE
