This may involve scheduling when we have a call-off, interceding with patient/family concerns or giving corrective instructions to staff members. You may need to step onto the floor when needed. Whatever you call it, it''s an important job!What we need from you:Registered Nurses (RN) license in ILPrevious nurse supervisory or management experiencePrior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facilityExperience with the post-acute patients - specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complexElectronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine.
