Die Cutting Operator

Die Cutting Operator FULL-TIME $28/hr Setting up and operating assigned assets with minimal assistance or supervision. Work safety, complete and record all attributing throughout production run. Duties include:1. Following all safety procedures.2. Ability to understand and strictly comply with the Nosco Quality Policy.3. Ability to perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads.4. Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.5. Performing clean-up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP.6. Training apprentice or contingent operators upon reaching journeyman status.7. Ability to become fully proficient in the pre-make ready process.8. Daily housekeeping duties as assigned.9. Operating Electric Hand Truck and moving materials in a safe manner.
