General Summary The Supplier Development Director position focuses on supporting and developing supplier account relationships and programs in the USA. Essential Job Functions • Develop supplier programs with designated tier 1, tier 2 and targeted suppliers. • Assist in development with all suppliers as needed. • Develop key relationships with executive, sales, distribution and product group management. • Establish sales goals for each designated supplier to achieve for fiscal year. • Work with Sales to develop product knowledge and programs for maximize sales opportunities. • Develop specific strategic programs on product transitions to Rochester. • Focus analysis on heartbeat products ( i.e.MPU''s,MCU''s, FPGA''s,ASIC''s) that are planned for LTB or in the process. • Develop supplier services business strategy, plans and goals (assembly, test and other). • Other duties as assignedQualifications • A Bachelor''s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or other technical discipline. • Minimum ten (10+) years of industry and/or business related experience • Strong background in Semiconductor sales • Strong background in global marketing & sales • Demonstrated success within the EMS market • Strong interpersonal skillsOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
