The Contracts Coordinator position will perform the following duties:* Is responsible for contract and bid process including receiving, completion, inter-department coordination, data entry, deadline management, updating and troubleshooting.* Reports to Contract Manager* Participates in weekly/monthly/quarterly bid roll* Enters price changes daily* Will use Microsoft excel to track and analyze data* Keys new bids/contracts into the system - expected to learn how to evaluate bids/contracts* Email/communication with sales & procurement - throughout the day* Limited filling / moving to electronic files
