ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for: Under the supervision of Outpatient Site Supervisors, coordinates scheduling and registrations of all patient therapy appointments using online systemChecking in all patients, on the correct encounter, arriving and informs appropriate party of their arrival using the AeCis systemCoordinating with the clinicians to verify the schedule is accurate and fullResponsible for all aspects of facility telephone and email communicationsCommunicating with all patients with the highest level of customer service, helping all patients with any issuesResponsible to verify all patients have a clearance for their therapy session prior to their appointment and places patients on the clearance list every month during the creation of the new encounterThis position requires providing service to the following age population(s): all ages, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.QualificationsIf you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately: High School Diploma. Previous healthcare office experience including scheduling and registration. Good computer skills using Windows products and email.
