Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float

A prestigious hospital has immediate needs for Registered Nurse to work in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unitsType: Contract, Minimum of 13 weeks, possibly longerSchedule: Day (12 Hours) 7:00 20:00Location: Livingston, NJResponsibilities:• Administering medications and all other routine aspects of patient care.• Documenting daily care such as vital signs, changes in status, continence issues, diets and even visitors in the patient''s charts.• Assesses and identifies obvious and subtle patient problems, anticipates changes in patient''s condition, and appropriately reports and resolves those problems.Requirements:• Must have 2 years of current experience in Med-Surg and/or Telemetry unit• NJ State License - BSN required• Will float between MS and Tele units with cardiac patients and complex surgical patients• First time traveler accepted• Cardiac experience with solid cardiac skills required...• Must have experience with post-op cardiac patients, IV cardiac medications, push IV blood pressure meds and maintain stable drips• BLS & ACLS certifications required1+ Years of Acute Care Experience RequiredPlease email: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
