Regional Property Manager - Affordable Housing

Monroe Group is looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team!We are seeking a Regional Property Manager who can manage our awesome portfolio which consists of affordable PBS8/LIHTC communities in the Seattle, Washington area. Ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their staff, like to work hard while having fun and are strong problem-solvers OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in an Affordable Housing Apartment Operations. Is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams. Is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting. Has strong background in Project-Based Section 8/ LIHTC. Is marketing savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive), and Property Management-related software. Must have a passion for customer service!The Job: Our Regional Managers are fully accountable to provide support to onsite teams while they manage day-to-day property operations. Regional Managers will oversee and ensure that the value of the property is maintained, and the property team is positive and successful. Specific responsibilities include:Leading and mentoring a dynamic teamTraveling to multi state, multi site portfolio by car and airDeveloping and managing the budgetEnsuring the property is meeting KPI Goals, Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Turn-Times, Asset, and Budget ManagementEvaluating property performance through Quarterly Auditing Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residentsREQUIREMENTS for consideration are:High School diploma or equivalent, (College Degree is preferred)Minimum of five years as a Regional ManagerWorking Knowledge of Onsite (preferred) or Yardi SoftwareEnglish language proficiency (read, speak and write)The ability to pass a full background and credit checkAdditional requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Strong experience in affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD Project-Based Section 8, HOME Funds, and Bonds. Participated in REAC Inspections and have experience with resident occupied project renovations. Where is the job located?
