WHAT WE OFFER:$17 p/hOpportunity for growth within the companyACA compliant benefits package and weekly payVacation and holiday pay based on hours workedWHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:Oversee all incoming shipments and implement sound operational functionsTo document items shipped, received, or transferred to and from the operations warehouseCommunicate with vendors, dealers, trucking companies, and the inside sales team to maintain timely shipping schedules and shipping documentationTo assist in inspecting return products, inventory discrepancies, adjustments, batch loadings, and processing of shortages/damages/or freight claimsAssist with dealer paperwork: invoices, schedule equipment pick-up, and provide BOL Ability to properly inspect and report defective material/product or questionable conditions daily/monthly/quarterly to the Warehouse Manager and appropriate departmentsGenerate and distribute all management reports communicated by the Warehouse Manager or SupervisorConfirm shipments, LTL freight shipping, and FedEx shipmentsCompile reports on various aspects of changes in inventoryFind, sort, or move goods between different parts of the warehouse Ability to provide both verbal and written communication to dealers and vendorsWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR:High school diploma or equivalent required3+ years in a warehouse environmentProven tenure and longevity in previous positionsForklift certified preferredExcellent phone and communication skillsAdequate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong teamwork, multitasking, and organizational skillsTARGET SKILLSET:Shipping and Receiving, Forklift OperatorTRC Staffing is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
